I have been tasked with creating something that will send links to a survey via email to new hires on their 30, 60, and 90 days.

I feel confident with how to handle the survey itself, but I am not sure what the best approach is to take on emailing on the appropriate day.  Should I use a Workflow?  Or is there a better alternative?
