I am a young SharePoint administator and have lately come by an anomaly that I simply can not find a solution to.

The company I work in has a Mysite collection that works fine, except I as admin (and I mean of all, local server,MySite site collection, user policy, SQL admin, even set in the User profile serivce application) can not acess other peoples shared od personal documents, can even acess my own personal, cant go to the site settings (acess denied). To make it worse I cant even see the Site actions menu or acces it via link. It would all indicate by this that I am no admin, but I have checked everything and have set myself full acess to all...On all other site collections I had never problems such as these.
Anyone know what it could be?

For your issue, assign the user full control in the web application which host my site collections.

导航到CA->应用程序管理"->管理Web应用程序"->选择托管我的网站的Web应用程序，单击用户策略"->添加具有完全控制权的用户".

Navigate to the CA->Application Management->Manage web applications->choose the web application which host my sites, click user policy->add the user with full control.
