We have an InfoPath 2013 form which consists of many Radio Button fields.

We are filling it with InfoPath Filler and saving it. We need the form to be exported as PDF, so we are using "Publish as PDF or XPS" option of filler from Menu > Info > Publish as PDF or XPS.

After it gets exported to PDF, no radio button remain selected at all. Every radio button is cleared when we open the file. All other fields such as textbox, dropdown list have values.

What issue could be causing this?

I have reproduced this issue. When I publish the form as a PDF, all option buttons are unchecked in the PDF file.

For this issue, as a workaround, we can add the text filed to display the value of the option button.

1. Insert a read-only text field.

2. Text Box properties.

3. Set the default value to the value of the option button field.
