i have a survey page which fetches questions and options from the database. and every question can have atleast 2 and atmax 5 options. now onclick of submit button of the survey table i have to fetch questions and options of the corresponding survey and show question as a label and options as radio button. how do i do it?

By writing code. What answer were you expecting ? I would use a nested repeater to do this, I think, one level for the question text, and one for the answers, given that the number varies.
