My site has presented severe a severe performance issue in the last hours. I've seen in status.azure.com that there is a problem with servers in South Central US due to a storm. Could it be affecting my region too? Is there any info regarding to when the situation will be normalized?

As of now, only South-Central US is affected with the storm, which is in continuous improvement state. You may also check the ‘status history’ of your product. It seems that your web app is facing performance issue because of some other reasons. You may refer to the troubleshooting performance issue in your web app.
