We have SharePoint 2013 and when I click Newsfeed I noticed message "We're still collecting the latest news. You may see more if you try again a little later" I checked the ULS Log and found below message

There are multiple reasons for this issue. Firstly , please check again the distributed cache is started. You can do as the followings:
- 打开开始"->管理工具"->服务"->确保启动了AppFabric缓存服务."

- Open Start->Administrative Tools->Services->Make sure AppFabric Caching Service is started.
