I recently recovered a users hard drive for him.  He is remote so I can't get to his new laptop.  I recovered the files to my local PC on which I currently have a OneDrive for Business app.

Is there a way I can temporarily connect a folder on my local machine with his OneDrive account (I have his credentials and I am the Admin for their 365 account) and sync the files up to his account?  Currently I have been logging into his OneDrive web site and uploading the files, but, as there is over 100 Gb  of data I have to do it a folder at a time.  The reason for this is it will eventually time out and stop and then I don't know where I am.  This way if it times out I delete the last folder and re-upload it.  This is time consuming and tedious to put it mildly.

So what I would like to do is just put all the files under one folder and then sync that with his OneDrive and when it all syncs both in the cloud and on his local machine I can stop syncing it and remove it.
