we are investigating using web apps from docker images from a private repository, we are tagging version
 numbers so we can switch around the prod environment. But we would like a no effort Dev environment just running off what is latest. I'm wondering do you recheck for a newer latest images?

A quick experiment says this isn't the case but the process we would like would be:

1. Update Master PR

2. Concourse builds and pushes docker image to the private repo (currently Azure deployment is not available
 to us)

3. Azure noticed updated latest docker image and auto reboots with the new version
