Hi I am adding a custom menu item in SP2013 Navigation. I am adding a 'mailto' link which containsthe email with special character'&' included in it.

My item url is like this  ex: mailto:ab&[e-mail], but when the link is cliked from menu item is pointing to 'ab' only the right part after '&' is trimmed. i tried with '%26', '&' already. Can you please give me an idea that how can i resolve this. Thanks.
