Can any one please clear my doubt as i am stuck in between a project in which i have to use a WCF service which i have created in .net 4.0 and want to use these WCF service in .net 3.5 Application.

You can consume the service built on 4.0 in a 3.5 application, as long as the binding used in the endpoint in which you exposed the service was also available in 3.5 (most of the standard bindings). Are you getting any specific error?
