I am facing an issue in SharePoint 2016 that when I click the option of Add and app in site content it throw men the below exception.

Kindly note that I can add list or libraries in the site/site collection using SharePoint designer without any issue. Moreover I created a new test application with site collection and this add and app button is just working perfect.
