Hi guys,

for the last 12 months i have been using a virtualmachine on google cloud compute. 

I have now setup a trial account with Azure so i can investigate the idea of moving across to azure. 

Unfortunately, i cant seem to control the enormous monthly cost blowouts. The free trial i have setup has already burnt through over $100 in credits even thought for the last 2 weeks the virtual machine has been turned off(the counter is still going down rapidly).

I have deleted all my Azure stuff and started over setting up new from scratch.

You can view the status of subscription in the Azure portal. 

-Log in to the Azure portal.

-From the navigation area, select All Services

-Select Subscriptions.

-Select the subscription that you created when you signed up for the free account

-Scroll down to find free services grid.

Here you will see what is costing you. Hope this helps.
