We have applied a validation rule in a text box. The textbox can be enabled or disabled depending on the user preference by clicking a checkbox. The issue we are having is that when a user enables the texbox and enters an invalid entry and then decides to disable the textbox even if the textbox is disabled the validation is still active.

We need to have the ability to disable the validation when the textbox is disabled.

How can we do that?
