Hi Nellu- could you provide more details? Do you want to add a SharePoint icon in Outlook that takes users to SharePoint? If so:

文件"标签>选项.自定义功能区>新组>重命名.

File tab> Options. Customize Ribbon> New Group> Rename.
Commands from> all commands> Choose Form> Add. 
Click the down arrow in the Look In field. Select your icon.
