I don't know if it could be useful but I'm totally blind so the problem could be caused by my screen reader however ... I would modify some utterances to sett some words as entities but the list is empty!

Have you already added utterances to your intents within the Intents navigation? For example, if I have the Greeting intent, I want to add the utterances, "How are you?" and, "Hello" and others to the intent and then train the model.

If you want to review the list of existing utterances per intent, you can navigate to the "Intents" section, select your intent, and review the table of utterances that the model has been trained to recognize. To add utterances, you can enter them into the same section, "Intents".

These utterances are flagged for your review, where you can label them manually and verify that the correct intent and entities are chosen. My inclination is to say that if the list is empty, and you already have trained the app with utterances, then this means that the app currently doesn't have any queries that need human verification.

To test this, you might want to try entering a Test utterance via the endpoint or in the Test navigation. Create an utterance that hasn't been trained into the model. Once it has been entered, you can refresh the "Review endpoint utterances" page, and your latest utterance should appear in the list. You can mark it with the correct intent, or mark it as the "None" intent if it doesn't apply to your app, then retrain your model. After that, the Review endpoint utterances list should be empty again.
