You need to create the .apk file

Right click on your project and select

android tools --> export signed application package

then follow the prompts

Once finished you will have a filename.apk you can load on your phone or tablet

Word of warning if you create the files and delete them later from the pc, creating them again even with the same passwords will require you to uninstall from the phone before loading. Leaving the files and overwriting will allow you to update on the phone.
