I have created a list library and would like to be able to email into the library. I have set up the email address in the settings, but no emails are being received. I have noticed most of the emails setting are missing. I have been told by my IT team its because I have customized my list ( I think they mean I have more than one content type). This this will be used to review the emails that come in. There is a requirement to allow attachments to be attached to each item (email). Also we need to export to excel for metrics.
