Why do  the Browser Control and Frame Control not support the animation like other controls, e.g. datagrid, buttons?

We have a tab control borrowed from StockTracker RI from Composite Application Guidence. When the tab is changed, there is some animation effect(flip the panel). However, when there is browser control or frame control on a tab item, they do not work well with the animations.
