Hi,  Since the Ransom security patch was applied on servers 3 weeks ago (KB4012212) , all the Sharepoint sites are not working anymore.  The Central admin console have unexpected behavior, liek not able to add admin user to the farm, not even able to highlight a site in the Manage web Applications to manage it.
