Search functionality on our SharePoint 2013 site stopped working after applying the following patches this past weekend. The error that gets posted to the ULS logs states there is a missing stored procedure named proc_MSS_SetUrlMappingCacheUpdateInProgress in the SearchNet database. I confirmed that stored procedure did not exist in any prior database backups, so it must be a newly created one by MS.  Any idea on how to get Search working again without having to try and uninstall these patches?

I just remembered the Configuration Utility. I forgot it needed to be run for Cumulative Updates and Service Packs.
