问题描述

On clicking the version 3.0 as in image below, it opens in word client as 'backup version' hence unable to restore and gives error as "Version cannot be accessed at this time, because the server is busy. Please try again later."

Hi Ashish,

Per my test, If I open the latest version of the document in edit mode, and open the old version at the same time, if I click restore, I can reproduce your scenario.

如果我单击还原前比较"，我也可以重现您的方案，因为当我单击比较"时，它将以编辑模式打开最新版本.

If I click compare before restore, I can reproduce your scenario too, because when I click compare, it open the latest version in edit mode.

因此，在还原旧版本之前，请勿在编辑模式下打开文档的最新版本.

So before restore the old version, don't open the latest version of the document in edit mode.
