I am wondering if there is a script or way to change the permissions for newly created libraries (not the default "Documents" library that gets created with a MySite) for all users in our farm.  When we set up new users, we created 3 additional libraries for them, but the permissions allow Read access for "Everyone" and "All users (Windows)" as specified in the CA MySite settings - Read Permission Level.   However, we do not want to touch those permissions defined in CA because then users would not be able to see each others sites.

What we want to do is remove the "Everyone" and "All users (Windows)" groups from the 3 additional libraries we created.   By default, the Documents library is locked down.  Is there a better way to achieve this than going to every library in every Mysite (400+ users) and doing it manually?  I have looked at a few PS scripts but nothing that has what we need.
