SP 2010.  Existing List can be displayed in Datasheet view ... but if I want to create a Datasheet View for a personal view of that same list, I cannot create a Datasheet View.

Error is :  "The Standard View of your list is being displayed because your browser does not support running ActiveX controls."

all browsers throw this message.

What could be the issue?
