like to know the best role other than SharePoint Admin to support end users with the issues/bugs without granting access the actual data that is stored within SharePoint sites/libraries etc.

Is there any Office 365 Role that can be assigned to Technical support resource without allowing access to data itself?

Hi Raju,

Per my knowledge, there is no specialized Office 365 roles for Technical support resources which have no permission to SharePoint site/library data.

Actually, for your request, I recommend you creating a new permission level in site settings->site permissions

->permission level, and select the proper permissions, then grant the permission level with a user.

Besides, we can also configure the unique permissions in lists/libraries though list/library settings->permissions for this list/library->stop inheriting permissions.
