I've exhausted my search.  Interesting that after this long, no posts exist on how to accomplish this. 
I am trying to build a C# application that will copy a list from one SharePoint site to another using the SharePpoint WEB SERVICES.  I see the copyitems method to copy items but am not finding how to copy the list/library definition. 
Can someone point me to where I can find an example of something that copies a list definition from one site to another using the SharePoint web services?

I would like to just save the list as a template but am not permitted by our SP admin.  Our SP admin is not familiar with SharePoint so they have disabled most functionality since they don't know what it does.
