I have a workflow setup that allows for approvals to be sent in by email on SharePoint 2013.  They are 2013 workflows.  A submission is made by filling out fields in a Custom List.  This starts a workflow which creates a task and assigns it to the sole approver.  A link in the task email is setup so when the user clicks it, it opens a new email message with predefined text in the body.  The user can add text to the bottom of the message and it sends to an Announcement.  The body of the email is added as the body of the announcement and a search is done for Approved or Rejected which then completes the workflow and updates the list item.

I want to know if there is a way to copy the body of the Announcement into a multi-line text field of a List.  This way the comments the approver adds to the Approved or Rejected email are part of the submitted item in the Custom List.
