Using ADF Need to copy the data from cloud dynamics365 to sql.  Looks ADF won't support  on fly destination table creation. Is there any way to  extract  the create table definition  from dynamics entities?

What I think you're describing can't be done natively in an ADF copy activity and there's no "create table" activity.  You could probably due this by using the Stored Procedure activity and possibly by using the Pre-Copy script option in Copy activity.  Either way, you'd have to find a way to extract the source schema structure and then pass it into the stored procedure (which would then create it) or into the pre-copy script (that would hopefully create it but I haven't tested this).  Otherwise, "on the fly" creation isn't supported out of the box.
