I'm currently trying to architect a solution on Azure to have different FTP accounts accessing a sub-directory of a domain within the same web app. Is there a way to set up FTP accounts to have access to sub-domains like the example below?

Each site does have a different username/password for FTP access. You need to go the specific website's dashboard and click on the "Get publish profile" to download. Each website you spin up will have different credentials generated for access.
