我已经备份了SharePoint 2013内容数据库.我将其还原到了SharePoint 2016网站并进行了装载.

I have got the back up of SharePoint 2013 content DB.I restored it to my SharePoint 2016 site and mounted as well.

从DEV迁移到INT环境时，在INT环境中遇到了一些问题，这给了我0个网站集，但是在DEV上我得到了1个网站集.

While going from DEV to INT environment I faced some issue -on INT environment this gives me 0 site collection but on DEV I got 1 site collection .

我想知道我们是否不想在DEV环境上运行CU(累积更新)(以同步所有环境中的版本)，那么我们如何解决此问题?

I want to know if we don't want to run the CU (cumulative update ) on DEV environment (to sync versions in all environment) then how can we resolve this issue ?

首先，您应该注意从SharePoint 2013升级到SharePoint 2016至少要求您拥有带有Service Pack1的SharePoint 2013.

First, You should be aware of upgrading from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint 2016 requires at least you have SharePoint 2013 with service Pack1.

Regarding the SharePoint build number between Dev and INT, I see it's identical and this build number denote to you have already patched your environment to SharePoint 2016 January Cumulative Update. so the two environments are already patched with the same CU. Meanwhile, the SQL version in INT is CU2 for Microsoft SQL Server 2014 SP1 (KB3075950) that it differs from Dev but I don't think it's the main reason of your issue! So make sure that you have moved the correct content database from dev to INT, If the issue is not solved try to update SQL on Dev with  CU2 for Microsoft SQL Server 2014 SP1  and check if the issue solved or not!
