All zones in SP13 version 15.0.4787.1000  "Add a Web Part" links are not work.

What is the error?

Please provide more information about your issue including the screenshots of the error.

Try to click on the link under the error message in the console to identify which script throws this exception.

And for troubleshooting this issue, you can use F12 Developer tools to debug your page.
