we are in the process of piloting Office 365 and I have started the process of syncing our internal AD with our office 365 tenant.

so far I have created a tenant and added a new domain and carried out verification. this has completed successfully. we already use ADFS in our environment so the plan is to use this for SSO. I have created a new server and have downloaded and completed the Azure AD connect wizard and have filtered the AD structure to a particular OU and have created a Universal security group and place two users objects in it. When I open Synchronization service manager and run the full Synchronization for the internal domain it returns 0 objects for inbound. Not sure what I have done wrong...

can someone please help
