Bottomless get access tokens failed - SyncShareId: XXXXXXXX Error code: 0x800b0109 - A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider.

If you are using the Azure File Sync agent version older than 3.1, I would suggest you to upgrade the File Sync agent and check the error status.
