Why on earth has Microsoft not added the functionality to search in the recycle bin. This makes no sense. Microsoft's answer is to use powershell. So the average user is expected to use PowerShell to find their files?  Clearly Microsoft does not work with business people nor are they taking advice or comments.... I am not having to go through thousands of documents to locate a few files accidently deleted. Very disappointed.
