我们有以下情况:

1)在AD中创建新帐户，首次成功在Sharepoint用户个人资料中同步

1) Create new account in AD, first time sync successfully in sharepoint user profile

2)时间过去

3)用户在AD中更改用户帐户名

3) User change the user account name in AD

4)运行增量同步后，AD用户上的更新未反映在Sharepoint中.

4) Update on the AD user doesn't reflected in Sharepoint after run the Incremental Sync

5)更改后的帐户是否不作为新帐户同步到sharepoint用户配置文件?

5) The changed account not sync to sharepoint user profile as a new account?

奇怪的是，如果我假设共享点使用AD帐户名作为从AD到共享点进行同步的键，但是如果共享点无法识别已更改的新帐户，则新帐户也将不会同步到共享点新用户?

The weird thing is, if i assume sharepoint is using AD account name as key to do the synchronization from AD to sharepoint, but if the sharepoint cannot recognize the changed new account, the new account also wont be synced to sharepoint as a new user?

1. You can try to run a full crawl to see if the changes are are visible in SHarePoint.
