I have created a B2C tenant and cannot log into it.  I am a Global admin in the root directory and show up as so in the B2C tenant.  I was told through Stackoverflow that for the B2C tenant I am considered a Guest user and that is why I am not able to log in.  Is there a way around this situation?  I can manage users and such but cannot log into the application assigned to the tenant.

When you say you can manage users but cannot log into the application assigned to the tenant, it means you're able to login to the Azure AD B2C tenant but not able to login to the application. First thing, you need to check if this application is registered in the newly created Azure AD B2C tenant. If yes, who registered the application? If you've followed this link - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-b2c/tutorial-create-tenant and registered the application as per the guide - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-b2c/active-directory-b2c-tutorials-web-app you should be able to login to the application.
