how can i access my Web App by IP-Adress ?

I'm using some IOT Devices where DNS - Server is not available so i need to access my Web App over IP.

I have created an Web App as "App Service"  in Azure and publish an Asp.Net Website.

You may "Map your domain" for accessing the azure web site using IP address by using "Custom Domain" available in ‘settings’ blade of Azure web app. You may also restrict IP and Domain for your Azure website, refer here.
