Hi All,

I have a list with columns :--

Assigned_To ( people or group column ) , ETA ( date and time ) , Status ( Choice column -- Open/Closed)

When we add an item to this list then we populate the name of the person in Assigned_to column and keep status as open and ETA should get automatically populated as Today + 10

When the number of open items assigned to a person exceedes 10 then the ETA should get automatically populated as Today+15.

Please help me in getting the solution on this issue.

you can achieve this designer workflow. Consider action event like set, calculate duration and delay events.

Set action item is helps to assign user into Assigned_To column.

Use Calculate event for counting number of Open status. If it is count exceeds 10 then update ETA field.
