I am looking to create a ASP.Net web app (C#) that will allow for me to upload large file 10 meg and download the uploaded file using a grid view .

I have seen that it is possible to upload and download file to SQL which I like, can anyone give me sample code to help me with this problem.

Please note that I am still a student so the simpler the better for my understanding.

I want to blow the lecturer away my bursary depends on it.
