Career Builder.

Ask your college about job placement. They often have contacts for internships. Since you have graduated, you won''t be doing an internship, but you can still make use of their contacts.

Don''t be picky. If you are fresh out of college and need experience, why not build it while you are looking for the right job? My first job was to build a simple HTML website and my second was to do quality assurance (that didn''t involve any programming). Each job after that was much better.

You don''t have to start off by realizing your dream. It''s a journey and you need to work toward it (unfortunately, that sometimes means you do not get a job straight out of college).

Submit your resume the the usual job boards that service your area. Your profile says you are from the US, so Monster, Dice, and Career Builder come to mind.

Let your old teachers know you are looking for a job, whether it be QA or programming. Anything to do with websites or software.

Also, work on your English skills. You are on a public forum writing in poor English. Try to improve your public image. You might not associate your real name with this account, but if you communicate like this elsewhere you are in trouble.

Read some posts on Monster.com about how to interview and job seek. That will give you some good pointers (e.g., dress well, have multiple printed resumes, be truthful without oversharing, present a positive attitude, follow up with thank your notes, bypass HR and recruiters when possible, and so on).

Also, while I say to bypass recruiters when possible, feel free to use them for your first jobs. They''ll do some leg work and in return you''ll probably get a lower salary. That seems like a pretty fair trade. Build your reputation until you don''t need them anymore.

By putting your resume out there, recruiters will often contact you. However, you can also research recruiting agencies that service your area. Call them and ask how to get the ball rolling.

When i graduated u stayed without a job for 6 months, and then i found a job and iam so happy now. Dont loose hope, and use google to find jobs.

OI
Since you are graduated, if I were you during the job seek process I would strongly recommend building up your portfolio. Most of the work places will ask you if you have any experience or a portfolio to look at. If you have couple of thing to show them, it will be beneficial for you. So maybe you can ask your teachers in your university/college if they have a personal page for students. If not you can prepare one for them for free. It doesnt have to be complicated, you can do a simple one.

While preparing a web page, you will face some problems, this will improve your coding skills and increase your experience. As AspDotNetDev recommended, starting as a trainee is not a bad idea at all. After a while if you prove yourself, they will hire you.

Good luck,

OI
