In the long run, it may be cheaper, quicker and more effective to do one of two things:

1) Get a professional firm to recover it for you.
2) Generate the data from scratch, combined with any backups you may have.

And whatever you do do, remember in future: the most important backup is the one you didn''t take - because that is the one you really, really, need! Establish a backup routine, and stick to it, with regular checks to ensurfe that it is working.
