I have upgraded a website solution with 3 4 projects from vs2005 to vs2008 and its building correctly. When publishing, I am getting this error:

Unable to add ''Admin\**.aspx'' to the Web site. The file ''Admin\**.aspx'' already exists in this Web site.

Server has microsoft windows server 2003 enterprise edition. Any suggestions about it ??
