Dear Sir,

I developed a web application it is working fine on local system,Now i want to access it on intranet(using IP address).for that i published it in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\published and in IIS i created a virtual directory named su. and also add ASPNET and IIS_IUSRS account and gave all the permissions.
When I browse it then i get a following error-

I usually see that when you have a different .net version etc.
for example it maybe your web site is on framework 4.0 and the server default app pool version for the framework is .NET 2.0.
