I have a asp.net grid with loaded data.One of the Column is "ServerID" & Value=147. So If i Doubleclick on the colum value which is "147". I need to capture that value and send that value to a stored procedure called "Exec usp_GetServerList".

By using that value am going to retrive some data in anothe page

Please help me .

There are a few ways of doing this. If using serverside stuff then I would create a select command column template with a linkbutton in it. bind the serverId value to the tag of the linkbutton and on postback you will be able to get the id value.
