Create a Setup project from File > New Project > Other Project Types > Setup and Deployment > Visual Studio Installer > Setup Project.

right click on your new setup project once you have created it. Left click on view > file system.

You should see a folder called Global Assembly Cache Folder (If not you can right click and create one from the "Add special folder"). Right click on this and select add > assembly / file.

Once this is installed the assemblies will be copied into the GAC
