All of these questions are incorrect in different degrees of incorrectness, at least when understood as the questions which require relatively short and definitive answers, not lectures. And I don''t think we need resources to deliver written lectures on these topics, nor it would make whole lot of sense.

You should understand that knowledge does not consists of "definitions" (speaking of "what is") and examples. We are discussing fundamental knowledge here, where none of short isolated formulations can be true in principle. This is all about deep understanding of things and experience. What you really need for good understanding would be using some detailed manuals in OOP, C#, .NET and general programming, reading them from the very beginning to the very end, doing simple exercises in code on each topic. Consulting an encyclopedia (think Wikipedia) would also be useful. There are no shortcuts.
