现在，我需要使用Ajax Textbox Extender来搜索记录.(以WaterMark作为搜索内容)

Dear Brothers,

Please I need Search Functionality Using AJAX. I have Tried a LOT but unable to comeup with this problem.

I have Lakhs of RECORDS in my database and finally filled into GRIDVIEW.

Now, I need to SEARCH the RECORDS using Ajax Textbox Extender .(With WaterMark as Search in it)

Search the Results as i Type in Textbox.

Please slove this problem. i need step by step process about Search Functionality using AJAX.
