I am trying to attach a web application with multiple databases to another web application through C# programming. But I am getting the following error:

Exception : An update conflict has occurred, and you must re-try this action. The object SPWebApplication Name=... was updated by login(...)..., in the .... process, on machine ...

On logs there is no error. there is only warning related to web parts.
I rectified that but still getting the same error.
I am able to attach a web application with one database.
Any pointers to this will help.
