S0, I finished my project for keeping track of customer special orders and I''m quite pleased with the outcome. Thanks to all of you that have guided me through the rough times, I really appreciate all the input from you guys and gals (even the condescending and sometimes rude but helpful answers). But, know I wish to enhance it a little further and I really do not know where to start.

I''m using SDI with serialization and reading and writing my data to and from a CArray which then saves my data to a simple binary disk file.

What I have run into is...when a customer comes back to make a second order I have no way to put another item under their previously created account. I have a couple of ideas of how to solve this but I would like your opinions on how you would solve this issue. Thanks.

The problem looks artificial. There is no a law of nature preventing another item... anywhere. There are no technical "secrets" solving a problem specific to those items and accounts. It looks like you created the problem with your own hands in first place, so what help can you expect in this case?

It looks all you need is a deep breath, and… :-)

If you really need "come on, you can do it" — I don''t doubt you can.
