You could start here[^]. There are a large number of sites offering free web templates that you can use. One, in particular, that I like is: andreasvikland[^]. I''ve used his designs in the past for small sites. Easy to use and adapt.

You might also find that if you are designing for charity that a local web design company might be willing to help you out.
