Well, that depends on where you are. Interviews differ from country to country: some questions that are perfectly acceptable in one country, are considered rude (or even forbidden by law) in others. Your profile says you are in the USA (I would guess you''re from South Africa: my mistake?), so you can google for "programmer job interview" and "c# interview questions" and get some pointers (even about how to dress).
If you''re going to an interview in a company that has a Web site, visit that site and try to extract from it relevant information. Developing games is different from developing enterprise software which is different from developing an in-house Web site: relevant questions will also be different.

Given that we have no information on the job you are going for it''s impossible to say what the questions are. They may want you to write a simple program, design a few classes or even write a web page. Whatever it is it''s up to you to make sure you have studied the areas that are relevant to the position you seek.
